They apply to all orders placed by consumers on our online sales site. We strive to ensure, to the best of our ability, that the information published on this site is accurate and up to date in real time and we reserve the right to correct or modify at any time and without notice, the content of the latter. We will not be held responsible for:
– any modification of the information mentioned on www.tikaysbridalshop.com, resulting from damage caused by interference or fraudulent intrusion by a third party on our site;
-all damages, direct or indirect, whatever the causes, origins, natures or consequences resulting from anyone’s fraudulent access to our site, the inability to access it, its use and/or credit given to any information coming directly or indirectly from the latter;
-any information, false advertising relating to our products and services coming from people or pages that are not approved, unofficial or not recognized by Tikay’s Bridal Cameroon. The
items sold on www.tikaysbridalshop.com are the items of Tikay’s Bridal Cameroon; Items from our partners, as well as those from our approved suppliers. These general conditions of sale exclusively govern the sales of products offered on the site. They are accessible directly on our platforms to the buyer when placing the order. Before validating your order, we strongly recommend that you first consult the content and description of each product in order to know its characteristics.
PLACING AN ORDER
Placing an order on our site implies the buyer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale to the exclusion of all other conditions mentioned in prospectuses, catalogs issued by tikaysbridalshop, these conditions having only an indicative value. The essential characteristics and information as well as the prices of our products are indicated on the product sheets of our online articles. By clicking on the “place order” button, the buyer confirms his wish to receive it and our customer service will then contact him for confirmation and delivery details. We will then send him an email and a confirmation message (via whatsapp) containing all the necessary details relating to the order.
The products sold on our site are exclusively reserved for the end consumer, that is to say any natural person not acting as a trader or wholesaler and having the legal capacity to make a purchase. Consequently, Tikay’s Bridal Cameroon reserves the right to cancel any order not in compliance with these conditions of purchase such as an order relating to quantities of products exceeding the normal needs of a consumer, not respecting our restrictions of baskets relating to our promotional campaigns or abnormal order flows to the same customer and/or to the same billing and/or delivery address.
Generally speaking, our orders are delivered within the deadlines mentioned on our site and in accordance with your location and more precisely within the summary deadlines for your order which you will find in your order validation email. Delivery times take effect from confirmation of the order. An order is confirmed only after payment is finalized. In the event of an impediment either due to force majeure or an unforeseeable event which does not allow us to honor delivery within the allotted time, the delivery time is extended depending on the duration of the impediment.
We specify that we reserve the right not to deliver orders that have been delayed due to late and untimely supply by our suppliers and partners. The exemption from delivery implies that we cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of the goods from our suppliers and approved partners who have not deliberately agreed to bear the risk and charges linked to the supply and having previously informed of the unavailability of the goods as soon as possible. When the above conditions are met, the order is canceled and we give the buyer the opportunity to choose another available item of their choice.
We are required to only deliver items within the limits of our available stock or for which we have ordered from our suppliers or partners. We deliver exclusively within the national territory of Cameroon, in accordance with the city or locality of your choice as indicated during the ordering process. Home deliveries are currently in effect only in the city of Douala. For the rest of the cities and towns on the national territory, deliveries are made via the official agencies of our logistics partners whose addresses will be communicated to you during the processing of your order before collection. It is your responsibility to provide us with exactly all the delivery information necessary for the proper delivery of your order.
The products sold on our site are invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated in the offer at the time of the order. The prices indicated in the total invoice at the last stage of placing the order are the final prices, excluding taxes at the legal rate in force. The item remains our property until full payment of the entire invoice amount. The prices of the items displayed on www.tikaysbridalshop.com are prices excluding delivery costs. Indeed, depending on the amount of your order or the delivery method you have selected, you may be charged delivery costs. Upon receipt of your order, you are required to check immediately and in the presence of the delivery agent whether it is complete and whether the product is damaged. You must also ensure that the items delivered are exactly what you ordered. We can offer you different delivery services depending on the offers, the delivery address and the products ordered. Furthermore, the amount of delivery costs depends on the one hand on the items, their weight and places of supply, and on the other hand, on your delivery address and the delivery method you choose. You are systematically reminded of your address and delivery method during the “Finalize my order” step of the online ordering process just before the actual validation of your purchase.
However, you can contact us via our Customer Service by telephone, email or WhatsApp message, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Home delivery: (service valid exclusively for the city of Douala)
1- The Delivery costs of your order for home delivery to the address indicated when placing your order are mentioned in the confirmation email that you receive following its online validation. These charges applicable to your order depend on the items, their weight and places of supply, your shipping address and the delivery method you choose and are indicated on your paper invoice which is given to you upon delivery by our agents Delivery. For home delivery services, you will be contacted in advance by our delivery service. No additional contribution will be requested from you in addition to the delivery costs mentioned on your paper invoice. We remind you that said delivery amount as well as the total amount of your invoice is specified at the time of the confirmation stage of the order process.
Delivery to Collection Point: (service not valid for cities other than Douala and Yaoundé)
Delivery to one of our Collection Points in the cities of Douala and Yaoundé: Once your order is available, you will be contacted for collection at the collection point you chose when confirming your order. The Delivery to Collection Point option can be selected when finalizing your online order, just like other delivery methods. It offers you the possibility of placing your order and collecting it on site or receiving your item the same day directly after validation of your online order, within the limit of stock available in our warehouses.
It should be noted that your package can only be kept for a maximum of 7 days at our collection points, after which we reserve the right to cancel it.
Delivery by a logistics partner.
For localities and cities other than Douala and Yaoundé, collections are made from the agencies of our logistics partners. You will be contacted once the item has been sent for collection. The details and payment terms required will be communicated to you when confirming your order online or in one of our showrooms in the cities of Douala and Yaoundé. Upon receipt of your order, you are required to check immediately and in the presence of the delivery agent, whether it is complete, compliant and if the product is damaged, contact us via our Customer Service in the event of any complaints.
We specify that your package can only be kept for a maximum of 3 days with our logistics partners, after which we reserve the right to cancel it and reship it to one of our agencies.
Generally, payments are made directly on the website via a preferred payment system made available on the website. All Orders are considered confirmed only after complete payment has been made. In the case where the client wishes to pay via any other means not made available on the website, the client can contact us directly via email, direct call, or whatsapp.
We specify that in these cases, these payments are made exclusively via our approved merchant accounts through the payment platform IWOMIPAY.
OUR CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional offers on our site, sent by e-mail and Whatsapp SMS are only valid while stocks last and the period of validity of the offer concerned. If an item is unavailable following validation of an order, we make sure to inform you as soon as possible and offer you a replacement. In the absence of a substitute, we will tell you the waiting time required for receipt of your order; you simply offer a substitute. In the case of a pre-order, if you wish, you can request a cancellation by contacting our Customer Service and we will be required to reimburse you within 7 days.
In addition, any price reductions that we may offer are only valid for the specific duration of the offer or promotional period concerned.
Products bearing the mention concerned by the promotional campaign are offered at a promotional price linked to the event only.
The prices appearing on www.tikaysbridal.com are indicated in CFA Francs excluding taxes, excluding delivery or provision costs and are likely to vary during the year, it being understood that the products ordered are invoiced at the prices in force at the time of the order registration.
Delivery costs may be offered depending on offers or exceptional periods and are only valid for a period that we reserve the right to determine and make known to our customers. The products sold on our site remain the entire property of Tikay’s Bridal Cameroon until full collection of the amount by Tikay’s Bridal Cameroon after it is sold to the customer.
