Any non-personalized robe can be refunded or exchanged, granted they are in 100% original condition. If you opened the product, used it or damaged it, you may not return it. Delivery and handling fee are non-refundable.
Processing your Return:
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
Full Name & Address
You will receive an email notification with your return information. You are responsible for delivery fees and cost.

We do NOT offer refunds or option to exchange on robes that have been personalized or customized. Any delivery cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Delivery cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless the error was incurred on our end.
Any package that has not been received by Tikay’sBridalShop.com will be the sole responsibility of the Client.
We deliver all our orders within 5-7 days. If you need your order sooner, please select Express production for all items. We do not deliver on weekends.
How safe is your personal information?
We maintain administrative, technical safeguards. We do not store or keep your credit card numbers on our database at all.
Tikay’s Bridal Shop.com has the option to process payments with credit card or Paypal. Paypal does not share your information with us at all.
The connection between you and our website is protected by a xxx.ssl encryped security certificate to protect your personal credit information.
We do routine database maintenance and scan the site for dangerous files or activity.
If you choose not to provide personal information we may not be able to provide you with requested products, services or information.
